UT3 And Steam being an

guys i bought UT3 over steam for 10$ , and now when ever i exit steam ( or my brother when he is playing Garena ) my download starts from 0% i dont know what to do now … i have already tried doing this https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2971-RUAG-7390
but it didnt work at all =S if i have a DVD of the game can i use that to install the game ? can someone guide me a DVD installation … and how to add it to steam … i would really appreciate some help because i am eager to play this game online

call steam and ask for a cd key. look for a straight .iso on this site then install from the .iso. patch to 2.1 and then use the cd key when you start.
