Well, I bought the game through Steam and now I don’t want it no more so is there anyway can I transfer the game to my friend Account or if I want to sell on Ebay..How can I do that?

No, you cannot transfer the game, but you can sell your steam account

if they realise you are trying to sell the account expect it to be banned.
