Hi,
I wanna play a game with a mate who has steam. don’t have steam n dont wish to get a steam account.
Currently he has downloaded the game that i want to play with him on throiugh steam, and I don’t have it yet.
If he plays the game he downloaded through steam, can i play the same game with him if i have not got it off steam?

Mayhaps you can via LAN if you have the same patch/version of the game.

you will both have to download a copy from here, and if there is a multiplayer patch out for it. use tunngle.

If there are servers for the game e.g. call of duty 4 then you can play vs quite alot of people whilst on hamachi you can only have a few people.

wat I cant use their server with a game that has a steam server even if i have an account. WTF?
