URGENT HELP : Windows Vista Restore

Okay , My computer ~love~ up now and it deleted all my program files
after I reinstalled a firewall . What do I do so that I can restore my laptop ? I mean COMPLETLY . That means the first time you buy the laptop , you go through a Step by Step to configuring your PC ??
I really need answers because I wanna restart everything and I backed up
all my files needed.

You need to supply at least the computer name and Model…Diffent manufacturers have different way of doing Recovery/Restore…

back up your files and press F11 before windows screen on boot up and it will take you to restore section and follow the on screen directions

Probably your only chance is to try to do a system restore. For best results, you should run System Restore from safe mode.
Type rstrui into the search box and hit enter.
You will immediate see a screen where you can choose to roll back the system to the last restore point. You can select �Recommended restore�, and just click next, or you can choose a different restore point.
If this happens to work for you, then cheers.
However, in the future, don’t rely on Microsoft to save your system. They can’t be trusted. There are 2 better alternatives that will restore your system EXACTLY to the way you had it. The reason why I am doing a system restore ( disk ) because of what happened yesterday and today. I’ve lost all my files ” firefox , aim , internet explorer , etc etc.. ” , nothing can be opened , and then
this stupid ” access denied ” or some ~love~ was irritating me .
