Upgrase to Windows 7/Downgrade to Windows XP from from Vista

Hi,
Can somebody help me out in providing the software for installation of Windows 7 or Windows XP as i want to upgrade/downgrade from Windows Vista , as it works very slow..
my system H/W configuration are memory 3GB HDD:150GB.

You can’t downgrade. You can do a fresh install of XP, or an upgrade to 7.

look up the appz section for either Windows 7 or XP. You can’t upgrade/downgrade as prozac said, you will have to back up your data if you have something that you want to keep) then install the OS over it. Use imageburn to burn the ISO to disc
