Total messed up my website please help..

I was in wordpress Options -> General and I switched the web address something about root and when I try to login to admin panel I get this error “The requested URL /wp-admin/ was not found on this server.” I don’t want to lose all my hard work, I can’t even login to phpmyadmin… please help someone!
