the perfect rapiddownloader?

Hi friends…..i have searched for a rapidshare downloader with the following features…..but never found one…..plz suggest one guys! 1. Rapidshare downloading
2. Connect-Reconnect Option [To change IP] 3. Start downloading again…. Plz help me friends…..i hope this will be usefull to many other begginers like me…..
