Sony Vaio problem

Hey Guys.
I need help with me VGN-NW240F
My Hard Drive crash and I already replace with new one.
I order new recovery disks from factory.
Everytime when I try reinstall operation system I get the next error: Could not obtain a recovery drive letter.
What Can I do?

Pretty sure you got your terminology wrong here,Using the recovery partition is not considered a reinstall,A reinstall is when you
boot from your windows disc,format the C partition and make a fresh install from scratch. Now that we got that clear,You no longer
have that recovery partition as you replaced your HDD,If you currently have issues with your OS,You would have to reinstall it as said^
as well as reinstall all the drivers & commonly used apps (the drivers should be obtained from sony’s website),If you have no OS disc,You could just download one from the apps section.You could later on create a new recovery partition using acronis true image,Install it,Run,Create a securezone (aka recovery partition),Take a disk image to it,Then activate startup and recovery manager so you could boot into true image by pressing F11 at boot time.
