[SOLVED]Windows 7 download problem

I left my pc on for download at night. After i woke up it was like this.

Pc is not responding, no image (but cursor is visible), internet connection is active but download stopped and Hdd light is flashing like crazy. This happens every time. I disabled all sleep mode features and timings. What’s the problem?
I didn’t have any problems with windows xp before like this.
Edit: I fixed it by selecting High Performans mode (Sleep mode disabled) and disabling usb suspend (Because my hdd is external).

Look into the event viewer of your pc.. Event viewer shows all errors..
You can even access it from another computer if you have logon and password…

It seems like an Virus for me, that entered your PC during the night. Enter your PC in Safe Mode and have a look at this thread:
