[SOLVED]Why are my subtitles showing like this?

So I downloaded subtitles from several sites but none of them showed like they’re supposed to. Everytime I try a new one it shows up like that :

So how can I fix that? And by the way, I’m downloading arabic subtitles and I have the arabic language pack installed. So i can’t see where’s the problem here.

No. Just tried one for the devil wears prada and still the same.

Click on the left on ANSI and try to test other settings, like UTF-8 / Unicode settings.
