[SOLVED]Modern Warfare 3 survival mode error

Hey guys
I downloaded the black box repack of call of duty modern warfare 3 I already finished the Campaign mode but after that when I click to Survival mode after choosing a level the game suddenly close at the loading
please help!

you need to download the survival maps pack.
