i already google find this problem with COD 4… i was add mss32.dll to C window system32
but it still not working
Install DirectX that came with the game…If you already installed the game..It’s in Disk1 \resources\redist\DirectX
i instal directx but still not working

This error is not DirectX related but instead is related to the audio files used in games and multimedia/audio players.
