[SOLVED]Modern warfare 2?

Well i downloaded the above game. I put it in my Xbox 360 with The new LT firmware for Benq. Problem is the game say’s i need to update before playing, i click ok, it restarts after update but then same message comes up!! this keeps looping if i click ok. Very Annoying!!!
Also my backups when i insert the disc, it loads the game but after a few minutes of play, Bamn!!! Clean disc, unreadable disc error, Really annoying me.
I sarched around and alot said it’s laser problems and stuff, but get this, i have 3 benq drives, all flashed and tested with different firmwares and i still get this blooody “unreadable disc” error and “dirty disc” . i doubt all 3 of my benq drives have dodgy lasers huh? Discs are spotless! could it be the media? i used Aeon DL, I tested A burn with verbatims with above mentioned game but as i said it keeps asking to update so cant test it yet.
I would also add my xbox is not connected to internet or not xbox live! do i need to for the update?
Any help i will appreciate, it’s really doing my head in!!! i know all my drives are flashed perfect too.

As far as the updating goes you could try clearing your cache on your HDD or possible downloading the update on a CD and try installing it from there. As for the disc read errors I think it is the media. The games that give the read errors are the Aeon DL DVD’s right? And the verbatim is the MW2? I use Verbatim DVD-R DL, 2.4x and burn them at 2x (Although imgburn burns them at 4x because i guess my DVD burner doesnt support 2.4x or something…) But I seldom get any disc read errors except when there is actually something wrong with the disc. I have a Hitachi with iXtreme 1.51. The update is required for the game to run, I had to update my console for Assassin’s Creed 2 as well, didn’t seem to be a way around it =/.

Where can i download this update so i can burn it to cd to install?
also trying another game on verbatim, downloading now will burn it later, hope no unreadable disk this time.

Hey thanks mate for help, i fixed problem now by doing this:
i downloaded a game called Dantes Inferno, this also required the same update to play the game. Funny thing is this time it installed perfect, and bamm, i was able to play MW2 as well.
Problem with the discs, well i bought Verbatims now, burnt the games to them and it all works perfect, no more unreable bloody disc errors. i’m very pleased.
anyone who owns a benq drive or infact any other drive, buy Verbatims dual layers, they damn worth it!!
