Slow RS upload speed with Prem?

Is it normal that I have a max of about 50kb/sec upload on ~ Dead file host ~ with a Premium account? Even if my ISP upload speed is like 820kb/sec.

Use RapidUploader, see if that improves it

Premium account doesn’t make any difference to the upload speed
