slow upload help

on torrents i get like 7kbps to 20kbps max but uploading to rs mu ms df mf i only get 9kbps sometimes 10kbps y is that and can anybody help thanks guys

i think that if u are free user in rs/mudf/mf the upload speed is limited too m8….not like in torrents…

U cant Do anything 4 Upload Speed… if U are in OZ… Uploadz are Capped @ 30 -31kbs…. (mongrels)
Yep… Ya Can download Fast…. But its a Snail Upload to anywhere..
ya Pay top $ and we get Crapped On.. And the thing Is…. NO one Complains.. M8.. if all OZ Cable Users unite and Stick up to the buggers (OPTUS) then there might be a Change in Upload speed..
So everyone… Mail OPTUS and tell E`m waht u think..of their Upload speed
I have Every Month 4 the past 6 years.. But they dont give a sheet..
