sidekick slide .mp3 as ringtone?

anyone knows if sidekick slide can make ringtones as .mp3 ??
because I am getting one tomorrow !

nope you can’t I have a sidekick 3 and I’ve had a sidekick LX, ID, 2, and the first one. The only ringtones you can use on your sidekick is the ones offered in the T-Mobile Library, and only that special selection.

thats not true if u go to developer.danger.com n register u can get a program that will let u put custom ringtones on ur sidekick/hiptop
