Seagate HDD Driver issue

Seagate Expansion External Harddrive 1TB
Windows 7 x64
Supposedly it’s supposed to automatically recognize, but it doesn’t, is there a driver I can download to fix this or can someone suggest something else?

Try other USB ports.

I did, they don’t work either, I even tried on a different computer.
