Crysis 3 AMD VGA driver issue

this is my problem and maybe others too with ATI/AMD graphic card when play new Crysis 3,before i start game i have this picture of my Catalyst Control Center

and this is what happened after i exiting the game
and that stays until i restart my pc,i have AMD 7970 and latest 13.1 drivers,after i restart my pc everything go back to normal,in other games like Dead Space no problem!
If someone know the solution please help,thanks.

solution founded by myself, now works fine,just returned to 12.10 driver and now is OK.
