1TB Portable Seagate making Noise… :(

I have 1TB Portable Seagate HDD [FreePlay 1000GB]. Pc is not detecting It & it’s making Noise. The Data that is very Impotent. Some people says that it’s Dead , but i know there will be a way to recover data from it.
Please tell me what to do. Should i change it’s card or open it & replace to another new Hard drive…? Data is very impotent that i can’t give hard drive to any one… If there any chance u ppl can help me to Recover Data, i’ll very thanful to u.

If it’s making noise it is very likelyit is indeed dead. You couldtry to open it up, remove the HDD and connect it directly to the SATA of your mainboard and try if it works there. If you get it to work physically, you can try some recovery apps from my sig.

It Click’s 11 times after tat hdd stops & PC Detect it but not showing in My computer….

Sounds like The Head’s have gone thats whats makeing the clicking noise

but the best bet is to Find an exactly same brand/model of drive and
“swap the platers over”
MUST BE DONE IN DUST FREE ENVIROMENT
AND WEAR ANTI STATIC GLOVES

once you have swaped platers over and rebuilt the drive copy as much as u can from it !!!!!!!
