Rapidshare Problems

Is anyone else having problems with Rapidshare right now? I can get to rapidshare.de without a problem, but half the time I go to ~ Dead file host ~ it times out or won’t load. I had a lot of downloads going last night, and it seems that about 3/4 of the way through they all got errors. Now everything I try to download from RS in IDM or even without IDM won’t work. I have a premium account, all of that is good. I’m paid up until March, so that’s not the problem.
Also, my ISP (Cablevision) is notorious for sending out ridiculous letters to people who use bit torrents. These letters are usually a Cablevision / Motion Picture people (whatever the groups is called) joint letter saying that you will be sued if you continue to download stuff. Is it possible that Cablevision decided that Rapidshare isn’t legit and they decided to block it? If anyone could help me figure this out it would be much appreciated.

I would suggest resetting basic stuff like cookies, cache, and history, and then even your router.
Then wait a couple minutes and try logging in rapid share again, because I don’t have this problem.
I doubt your isp blocked rapidshare though.

hey man, thanks for your response. I cleared everything then restarted my cable modem, router and laptop. I went out to do some last minute Christmas shopping (yeah, I know. Hardcore last second scramble) and when I got back, it was working again, so I’m a happy camper . Thanks again

many people seem to have differing rs com problems currently I think its just crappy rs.com

Try clearing cookies,caches etc

Its either cache and cookies or they reach there limit and whine
