rapidshare problems

my problem is rapidshare seems to be down but evry so often its back up…its been happening all day today……any iders whats wrong?
I have been downloading from rapidshare all day today and no problems for me.
I live in Belgium so maybe its your ISP or just a country problem??

haha nice find. Gonna bookmark that one for sure. But yeah rapidshare has acted kinda funny today… but has been rolling strong last couple of hours so no worries here anymore.
