Rapidshare, Megaupload, ect.. not working anymore

Every time when I try to connect to a download link from rapidshare or megaupload, i get this “Connection interrupt” page…
Anyone knows what to do with this?

Do you know if your ISP has blocked rapidshare and megaupload ?

Hmm no idea, i’m surfing on the wireless internet of my neighbours for the moment, but a friend that’s sitting next to me (so he’s on the same wireless as me) CAN download from rapidshare / megaupload…
