Games not working anymore

hi ppl. i set up a new harddisk on my pc and installed rage on it. when it finished i placed skidrow files in them and tried to play but nothing happened. in task manager, it shows the application is running for a few seconds then goes off..so i unistalled it and decided to play my other games like nfs shift 2 unleashed and dirt2 only to find that its crashing the same way. when i tried bulletstorm and got the same issue but gave me a runtime error of r6025.
are all games related to that runtime error or is it bulletstorm. and what did i do that made 7 of my 10 games not to work?

i really needed to play rage…instead am filled with rage that it is a suspect in crashing my pc!!

Sounds like a configuration or driver error. Make sure all your drivers are up to date, and run a registry cleaner.

Make sure u installed and updated ur directx. I had the same problem with splintercell conviction in my new laptop without directx.
