Question: MW2 Cracked steam

Hi community,
Regarding MW2 updating methods has anyone tried updating their copy with any cracked steam program such as ..eg from 1.0.166-1.0.174
-PacSteam
-SteamUp
-SMD
-Undead Steam.dll patch?

yes i have and it worked only today having seeing zero gear is updating that i cant access online
