Problem with CD drive

I have a Problem with my CD drive , When I insert any CD (with autoplay) , and i right click on it , i dont see the “Open” Menu.

Even the Autoplay doesnt work until i right click click on it , what should i do???
I tried it with different DVDs , but same result ….

As a matter of fact , no autorun is working , from the daemon drive , and even My pen drive and Portable HDD is not showing the initial screen , where it ask you what to do with the media…
