Problem in win 8.1 app

hi everyone
i tried to install Skype & Viber apps on windows 8.1 from store i tried to install them they installed and when i try to launch them they didn’t and show me this message
i tried to uninstall them but this is useless and tried to again from store shows me they are already installed how can i solve this problem

download them from the websites for both and not the store
