Problem with sound?Problem FIXED!

I have just updated my computer and have new Realtek high definition driver on my system but sound quality is poor and sounds echoey, have tried to change various settings but nothing seems to work. So would i need new speakers for high definition or can this be fixed somewhere???

make sure all teh plgus are in properly happened to me all my sound was low and crap i found that the speakers wernt pluged in properly

try turning the windows sound volume down and the volume control on your speakers up, if you have the windows volume too high, the amplifier ends up ‘clipping’ or disporting the sound, which is then made even worse when it is amplified again by your speekers
also look in the realtech control panel, on the speekers tab under sound effects, make sure environment is set to none

well open up Realtek and in the Sound effect control you can set the sound effect to <none> so there isnt any echoes. Then on the mixer tab, there will be a nob like object on the top left. You can use that to adjust the volume

Thank you problem fixed had sound effect set wrong put it onto none perfect!!!! Thanks guys
