Answer #1
You got it all wrong,A portable app/game is one that can be ran as-is (without installation) and keeps all data in
one place (some apps use the appdata folder on the user’s profile directory for configuration files,These do not),Quite commonly these are used with flash drives to be used on the go.
Answer #2
So how do I put it on a disc and give it to someone and they just install it and give it back and it’ll work fine?
Answer #3
Just put the file on a disk / flashdrive and your friend will just have to copy the file to his computer and that’s it.
Answer #4
Is a flashdrive a Disc? And u mean just drag it onto his desktop etc?
Answer #5
Again,Portable apps/games cannot be installed,Only used as-is,Normally one would extract/copy these to a folder
on the HDD,Enter it and run it,A shortcut can also be manually created if needed,And no,A flash drive is not a disc,It’s
also known as disk on key/pen drive,Get it?

It is very helpful if you have portable applications on your USB for web browsing ,downloading, working with ftp, office applications and so on.
you can have all your private data on your USB.
