Playstation 3 reading Burned DVD? [HD]

Hey guys, is there a way my PS3 will read burned DVD with high definition movie in it?

Well, my 360 works perfectly with HD burnt DVD’s. Its not modified in any way.

Just try and find out. Im pretty sure it will read it if you burn the disk correctly.

It says there is no data (but on the pc its ok) i just burn data, is there any other way?

well, my ps3 will play them. just not very well. it’s jumpy and such. but the dvds work great in dvd players and my 360

You’re burning the file as data? That’s where you’re mistaken. Search for ConvertXtoDVD on here. Download, Install & burn your movie with it. It will work perfectly.

If it’s mkv convert to vob with mkv2vob (free software) then either burn or put it on a USB drive and it should appear under “video”
Personally I stream media wirelessly from a NAS and it works fine with HD content (speed wise). The only problem is .mkv doesn’t work natively.
