Why is my PC shutting down every hour
Answer #1
Provided that by shutting down you mean powers off completely,CPU overheating would be the cause.
You’ll need to remove the fan/heatsink and clean up the dust,And also clean up the old thermal paste
and re-apply,If your not very tech savvy,Just have it serviced at a local PC shop.
Answer #2
random shutdown is sometimes cause by a faulty RAM module if you got 2 sets of RAM try removing one while PC power is off then try to power on your PC
and like Roberto400 says if your not tech savvy then call your local PC shop

Wrong,It can only cause random restarts,BSODs or file corruption!
I’m pretty sure you got your terminology wrong on the shutdown part,As I noted above,It means powers off
completely,Not restarts.
