opening links on new tab problem

hi guys,
I browse one forum and every post or link it opens it in new tab, how can I make it to open it in the same tab, like when we click on any post on it opens in the same tab.

both IE and FF

In IE:

change the tab settings to open link in current windows.
In FF:
change around the tab settings

it still opens every link in new tab.
