No Sound Except Start-Up Noise! Please Help

My computer doesnt play any audio accept the windows start-up chime.Please Help!!!

Right click the volume controller, it’s located in the bottom right. Click sounds, for sound scheme, select windows default.

Didnt Work.Do i have to restart my computer afterwards? or Any other ideas?

Have you checked your drivers? Your realtek manager? How about system restore?

Maybe you need to install a sound manager.
