Hi Guys,
in my office i am using own DHCP server ” win Server 2012R2″ after installing the R7500 i must say impressed the device is great.
i’ve disabled dhcp server on the R7500 and using own DHCP server ” 2012R2″ because R7500 provide different range than own server.
anyway i am facing one issue right now, is all my wifi users can’t access the internet . but my wired users can. all users are registreerd on the DHCP server and can see them are recieving their IP fine as the wired users.
any suggestions please how to fix this ?

Answer #1
When the wifi users connect what ip address do they get 169.xxx.xxx.xxx ?
Is the wifi router connected via Ethernet to the same switch the server is on ?
Have you given the wifi router a static ip in the same range as the server ?
Can you access the wifi routers config page from the server ?

In addition to what said,
The default gateway of the AP should be the server/dc or the router which is holding the dhcp role and out to the internet, depends on your environment.
