Need Some Answers on xbox 360

Title says it all:
1.whats the difference between xbox 360 arcade,Elite and xbox live?
2.Can it be modded?(i mean chiped like ps2)
3.If yes can it play all downloaded games from here?
4.Which is the best to get xbox 360 arcade.Elite or xbox but im not into playing online just me and the game lol

XBOX Live is on every console. It’s just their way of playing online.
But there’s Arcade, Pro and Elite.

2+3: Not like PS2, but you can flash your DVD Drive which makes it capable of playing downloaded games.
4: I would go for either Pro or Elite

Depends a lot on where you live.. In my country the cheapest one is about 320 euroes.

Yep, as I said it depends where you’re residing.
But get a pre-modded version, since if you’re unlucky and get a Lite-On drive, you have to give about 50 euroes to mod it yourself.
