Need Mkv Splitter Or Cutter

I want Mkv Splitter Or Cutter Very badly.
Can anybody suggest me the name of software by which i can perform those function.?

try this (mkvmerge GUI):
http://rapidshare.com/files/228529208/mkv.rar
run mmg.exe
open your mkv
go to the tab called “Global”
check the box “Enable splitting…”
choose your parameters
click “start muxing” at the bottom
