AUX Splitter + TV?

September 22nd, 2013

So, I’ve bought 2, 2 way AUX Splitters, and I have a PC Surround sound system, Black, Pink and Green connectors. When I plug in the AUX Splitters with the sound system, I just get a horrible crackling sound, I’ve tested all 3 cables from the sound system individually and they work fine on their own, but with the AUX Splitters plugged in. It’s terrible.
Any ideas?

Answer #1
what exactly are you trying to do with the splitter ?
where are they, are you splitting the
Black, Pink and Green connectors
right on the back of the PC ?
to double each output ?
Answer #2
Im taking the green, pink and black and putting them into 2 splitters.
If you can imagfine plugging 1 splitter into another, to merge them and make 3 pports available.
Obviously this is being plugged into the TV.
Answer #3
sounds like your merging channels, which is the reason for your problem
to merge them and make 3 pports available.
if you have 3 ports (green, pink and black) why is the merge needed
PC out to TV, then TV out to speakers ?
or
PC out to TV & speakers ?
still confused a bit on what your trying to do
