Need help on sharing internet connection with wifi

Firstly , i have 2 computers , the first Computer has strong wifi signal , 2nd Computer has weak wifi signal (both computer are in the same room), is it possible to share wifi connected internet from 1st pc to 2nd pc via ethernet/ wifi to wifi?
tried connectify doesn’t work
im using win 8

To share the Internet Connection from the first PC to the second with ethernet is possible

I believe for WiFi it’s ad-hoc networking

Instructions are for Windows 7 but should be easy enough to follow for 8.
