Answer #3
what problem do you have, missing files ?
d3dx9_**.dll files were added by some game installers, and not part of any DX install
google any missing files and D/L them then insert them into your “windows/system32” folder
Answer #4

Answer #8
have you tried lowering the setting in the game or in CCC
the 6670 is a mid-range card and may not be able to do high settings
also, if it is a DX9 game you could try running it in XP compatibility mode

You will still need the DX9 libraries for games running DX9. However, DX9 hasn’t been updated since June 2010. Still, that update isn’t included in Windows 7 by default so you should get it.
Btw I have an HD6670 at work and although I haven’t tried a lot of games on it I’ve tried stuff like Hard Reset and Deux Ex Human Revolution. They both run fine.
