Lines moving up my Monitor…

These lines just popped up a few mins ago, while I was playing CoD4. It’s somewhat like when you watch CRT monitor’s in movies, how there are horrizantal lines going up the screen. Well these lines are doing the same thing.. Anyone know what the problem might be?..

I just did. I even removed and re-inserted the GPU….
WOW… Ok, so my PC’s in the basement, and my mom came downstairs and she started using the treadmill, and that’s when it started. I asked her to stop for a few seconds, and the lines went away…. What’s that all about?…

It must be something with the electricity and currents and stuff like that. I don’t know, I’m not an electrician.

Yeah, I was thinking of some surge or pre-surge?.. I don’t know either.. But I’m glad it’s neither my GPU nor Monitor.. I don’t have replacement parts OR money =(…

probably something to do with the reason a fan will do the same thing. i’m not 100% sure what it is… but now you know lol.
