lighter / white line on my 19 inch LCD !

guys , It’s annoying , I have a white horizontal line on the top of my LCD , 5 cm under the top edge .
it’s not visible on all colors , most clear in green ,
It’s not from my VGA I’m sure about it .
Can it be fixed ?? How ?

Is it a LCD tv or monitor? does it have the line on other channels?
ah ok just noticed the serial nr. So its a monitor type. But im not gonna play to smart there since i dont know much about those kinda errors. But good luck.

only way to be sure its not your gfx card is to try the monitor on another pc if it still shows then other than cable fault its a hardware problem probably cheaper to buy another than to have it fixed

well just thinking… even if its a monitor it must have a menu button on the screen ? (for contrast and stuff)… does that go into some sort of blue baground screen or is it all transparent. Cause then you could see to if its the screen itself.
