Letters from network

September 1st, 2013

Hey guys, I had a question and I am not sure how to go about doing something about it.
I have downloaded a movie from the links and I received a letter from comcast (which is who I get my internet service from) that i had illegally downloaded copyrighted material and that if it happens again I could loose my service.
Are there any programs that I could download that would block them from seeing what I download?
Or is there anything I can do about this to prevent it from happening again??
I also have frost wire and download torrents occasionally, is there anything would block them from seeing torrents downloaded?
If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

If u wana download safe then download from Megaupload/rapidshare/fileserve/filesonic/netload using a download manager called jdownloader

If u wana download songs safely use songr

Use a VPN. They will still see how much you download, but not what it is. If you are going to be using torrents then use OpenVPN.

If you search this section for “free vpn”, you will find a thread about one in beta that is free at the moment, but there are plenty of paid reliable providers, such as…
www.vpn4all.com
or this that someone else suggested

To be honest with you, you would be best to change ISP if you can, they will have you on their radar now. The letter from them would more than likely have been as a result of a complaint from an anti-pirating shark.
