Keyboard Problem!

my keyboard have a problem in playing games
when is press the “w” key and then “d” key it dosnt work both of them
some time its works but when i press “shift” key then “w,d” its dosnt work for me
please help anyone
is yours connected thru the USB or the other PS2 port?
check ur keyboard pins if they are loosen or damaged
