I have a problem with my keyboard

I play a game and I push many times the shift button… the game stops and my pc tells me something about sticky keys… I press ok and now I have a problem… every time I write a word I listen a “tick” from my speakers and I can’t press the same letter instantly… for example for the word letter I must wait 3 second to write the second “t”
can you tell me a solution? How can I re-enable the sticky keys in windows 7?
