Laptop keyboard problem.

August 1st, 2016

I got a Lenovo x61 laptop, and I installed win7 x64 ultimate on it after I got it.
Problem is that when I press shift + 2 it give me @ but my keyboard says Shift + 2 = ‘.
I couldn’t find any keyboard drivers on ther Lenovo website, and its really annoying since I am typing like a normal keyboard on a laptop.

Try using one of these to remap the keys:
KeyTweak
http://webpages.charter.net/krumsick/
The Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator

do you want @ or ‘ from “shift+2”
if you want @ and your getting ‘ go to “Regional and Language Options” and be sure youe KB is set to “english US” under the “languages/details” tab

EDIT: NM I can figure this out.
Thanks , I just found out this isnt the stock keyboard that came with it, I will just change the region and it should fix it.
