KB2641690 – ok to install?

Is it ok to install the KB2641690 windows update on a NON genuine Windows 7 system? Is there any it will mess up my OS?

Just install.. I have all updates installed and everything is fine!
If anything happens…
1. Download and run WAT Fix

3. Download Windows Loader by DAZ and Install
