Jtag xbox 360 using USB and lnik! Please help.

Hi
I read that you can jtag xbox 360 with a usb and nothing else. I have found videos that all you need is to buy the usb ready and download lnik. i have no idea on where to find the usb or find the lnik programme!!
Anyone know where to find or buy/download this stuff?
Or even better anyone knows of videos or such on how to do that?
