is there has a program to change the album covers in iTunes?

You can change the covers in iTunes itself
Just click on a song, select Get Info, go to Artwork and delete or change the artwork that you want to change.

If you want it all done automatically, you need to get an iTunes account which does require a credit card however it is completely free. Once you have an account, if you use ‘ method your album art will be there.
