Invision Power Board Skin!?

I uploaded the skin.xml and images.xml but they doesn’t show the image when I set it default… but they don’t show the images..
upload then to the main directory where you forum is
You need to upload the theme folder that came with the download.. Usually its either the Root folder, or the “themes/skins” folder…
Right now, the .xml’s are pointed to images that don’t exist, therefore you see no images.
