How do I add a IPB Skin?

I downloaded some IPB skins but dont know how to add them to my site. I get 3 folders and 1 file called: ipb_images-shadow.xml, ipb_skin-shadow.xml, PSDs and ipb_macro. What do I do to make this my theme? What do i edit or import through FTP?

goto look and feel, then down the left menu, click on import/export in the menu, then you can inport the ipb_skin-shadow.xml 1st and then after that has imported, scroll down a bit more and you see import images, find your ipb_images-shadow.xml and select the shadow skin you just imported and hit import, then you are done
hope this helps (btw if you want english pictures on shadow skin) look in sytle images in ftp and there is an english folder, move them main skin images folder
