Invalid Block Address while Burning DVDs

Hi, I’ve got a LG GSA4167B DVD Burner, and I’ve been burning DVDs in that for close to 3 years now, and now its giving me the same error whenever I try to burn something. “Invalid Block Address” First I thought it was the media, I use Writex discs, then I tried with Frontech, BenQ, Moserbaer and Sony, each time, I got the same error.
I changed Burners. I used a Philips 2414BM, and same error there as well Can anyone help me please ? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
